Privacy Policy

Content Factory · last updated November 3, 2026

Content Factory is a private tool its owner uses to publish videos to YouTube channels the owner manages. It is not a public service: only the owner signs in, and only to connect the owner's own channels.

What data is accessed

Through Google's OAuth consent, for each connected YouTube channel the tool uses:

The tool does not read, change or delete any other YouTube or Google account data, and does not access viewers' data.

How it is stored

The access tokens Google issues are stored encrypted on the owner's own computer and are used only to perform the actions above. Channel statistics are kept on the same computer to show trends. They are not sent to any other server.

Sharing

No data is sold, shared with, or transferred to third parties. Content Factory's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept while a channel is connected. Disconnecting a channel in the tool deletes its stored tokens. Access can also be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page: myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have any remaining data deleted, write to the address below.

YouTube

Content Factory uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
